Gloria Ferrer Brut Rosé
The Brut Rosé has been carefully crafted entirely from hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Over forty different selections of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are planted on our 340-acre estate in the Sonoma Carneros district. Sparkling wine aficionados around the world admire well-crafted rosé for its beautiful color, unique fruit character and great versatility in pairing with food. The aromas and flavors of this Brut Rosé are strongly influenced by a dominance of Pinot Noir in the blend, while the Chardonnay contributes structure to the long finish.

This wine opens with bright strawberry and red cherry on the nose.
The red fruit continues on to the mouth adding notes of crème brûlée, Meyer lemon, and green apple. The mouthfeel is delicate with a creamy mousse. The fruit keeps on giving all the way to the finish wrapping up with a touch of minerality.
Excellent complement to spicy, Asian inspired dishes in particular; try with fresh spring rolls with a spicy sweet chili sauce. Pairs well with barbecued pork ribs and grilled seafood. This Rosé is an outstanding cheese wine, try with a variety of goat cheeses alongside olives or herbed nuts.
