Rocca Sveva Rosé
A blend of Corvina and Merlot, the grapes are grown in Rocca Sveva vineyards in the areas surrounding the towns of Illasi and Cazzano di Tramigna in the Veneto region.
A blend of corvina and merlot.
The clusters are selected and macerated with only brief contact with the skin.
The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks for a period of at least 4 months.
The Rosé is notable for its lively salmon color.
Fragrant and pleasant to the nose, the Rosé is very fruit forward with notes of raspberry and wild strawberry.
This delicate wine has a soft and dry flavor with lots of fruit leading to an elegant finish.
Perfect as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with a variety of light meals, such as chicken, pasta with white sauces, salads and cheeses.
