This graceful California champagne is made using the méthode champenoise process, which allows the natural fruit characteristics to be highlighted without any cloying sweetness. Our Sweet Cuvée has a delicate, fruit-forward style with bright citrus and tropical fruit character. The varietal composition of Sweet Cuvée is Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, French Colombard and Muscat Canelli with a dosage level of 4.5%.
