vinification
The first fermentation is in small 228 liter oak casks. To ensure that it maintains its original character, Alfred Gratien makes a conscious decision not to use malolactic fermentation in the production of its champagne.

Aged on lees for five years.

Pale rose color with light copper glints and a fine, extremely long-lasting mousse.

On the nose, expressive notes of red berries.
