Alfred Gratien Classic Rosé
A refined blend of 56% Chardonnay, 23% Pinot Noir, 21% Pinot Meunier.
The first fermentation is in small 228 liter oak casks. To ensure that it maintains its original character, Alfred Gratien makes a conscious decision not to use malolactic fermentation in the production of its champagne.
Aged on lees for five years.
Pale rose color with light copper glints and a fine, extremely long-lasting mousse.
On the nose, expressive notes of red berries.
Red berries are carried through a structured and well-balanced palate.
This rosé goes well through the entire meal, especially with pastries, fruit salads and tarts.
