A dazzling single vintage, traditional method sparkling wine that radiates style.
All fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel for around 14 days prior to malolactic fermentation. Bottle-fermented and lees aged for a minimum of 18 months prior to disgorgement.
Warm gold colored in the glass with delicate bubbles that free the creamy, fruit-laden scent.
