100% Nebbiolo. Generous aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers, sweet spices and vanilla. Dense, closely-woven tannins provide a distinctive softness and balance.
The grapes are crushed immediately upon their arrival to the winery. The must then ferments on the skins at controlled temperatures for at least 10-12 days.
Following malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for one year in traditional Slovenian oak casks followed by two years of aging in the bottle before release.
Deep ruby red.

Warm, dry, with sweet tannins rounding off its rich structure and harmonious complexity.
Excellent with grilled red meats and a variety of cheeses.
